Sahibnoor joined THEMA in 2023 after completing a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Health at the University of Sydney. Through her academic training, she developed strong expertise in public health policy and economics, advanced epidemiology, and applied research methods.
Since joining THEMA, she has contributed to a range of health outcomes assessments within the HTA context across multiple funding bodies, including PBAC, MSAC, and Pharmac. She plays an active role in producing robust, evidence‑based evaluations that support equitable and informed healthcare decision‑making.
