Mia Mudge

Mia Mudge is an Associate Director at THEMA Consulting with more than 20 years’ experience in health economics, outcomes research, and health technology assessment (HTA). Since joining THEMA in 2007, she has played a central role in delivering HTA and reimbursement strategy advice across a broad range of health technologies.
Mia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Sydney and a Master of Medical Science (Clinical Epidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics) from the University of Newcastle. Throughout her career, she has led and contributed to projects for pharmaceutical companies, medical device and diagnostic manufacturers, and government agencies across a wide range of therapeutic areas. She has also served as an evaluator of funding applications for new medical procedures for the Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC) within the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
