Abby Moran

Abby joined THEMA in December 2025, driven by her interest in improving patient access to life-saving medicines and advancing health equity. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney. Following graduation, Abby contributed to a national oncology research study examining access to precision medicines and targeted clinical trials for patients with rare cancers, gaining experience in the delivery of genomics-based and oncology real-world evidence projects. Abby joined THEMA to build her expertise in health economics and outcomes research and to apply her medical science background to healthcare decision-making.
