She holds a Bachelor in International Business (HONS) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology, a combination that shapes how she approaches her work — practical, analytically minded, and always with an eye on how processes and technology can work better together.
Before THEMA, Hafsa built experience across business support, coordination, and process improvement. She’s the kind of person who notices where things slow down and figures out how to fix them. She’s genuinely interested in how good operations support better decisions and brings that same thoughtfulness to the people and teams she works with at THEMA.
