Aoife Hanley

Aoife joined THEMA in April 2026 as a Health Outcomes Analyst, driven by her commitment to improving patient access. She holds a BA in Economics and Geography with a Master’s in Health Economics from the University of Galway, Ireland. Here she developed a strong foundation in outcomes research, health policy and economic evaluation.
Prior to joining THEMA, Aoife worked as a Health Economic Analyst, contributing to projects supporting value propositions for healthcare interventions, conducting systematic literature reviews and developing patient pathways, particularly in medical devices.
Aoife is passionate about improving healthcare decision-making through rigorous evidence and is continuing to develop her expertise in market access and global reimbursement decisions.
